A Process For Success

Educational choice is wonderful and though our educational model is proven, ultimately we want to make sure that this is the right choice for your family.

Our experience has helped us develop the following process that will help save your family time and help you feel comfortable about your decisions whether your family chooses OAKTON or another option.

The Initial Visit

We encourage prospective students and their family to schedule a visit to OAKTON so you can experience the environment firsthand and ask all your questions.

This allows you the opportunity to fully understand what an Education for Life really means because it is an academic program that is markedly different from what most parents are familiar with but, after visiting, they realize it is what they have been searching for.

Registration

Once you have determined that OAKTON is the right choice for your student's education you will start the enrollment by completing Registration.

There is no obligation at this point and no application fees but space is limited and students are admitted on a first come availability basis.

Assessment

We assess students to get an understanding of where they are academically and cognitively for proper grouping.

You and your student are a part of this process. Since we do not group by ages or grades they will be with peers of close but different ages and at different levels. This way there is less tress about where they might fit in.

We want to ensure that they will be placed for the best possible outcome.

Orientation

Once we have found the appropriate group, we then help them find their way.

As an analogy, it is like getting on the acceleration lane of a freeway. As OAKTON schedules are continually in motion, your child will "merge" into the flow.

No worries though as not only will the instructors assist in the process but fellow students love to be there to help.
