Mike, along with his wife Jennifer, founded Oakton Academy to offer proven educational techniques to create lifelong learners.

Michael also serves as the Rhetoric Phase coach at Oakton Academy.

Ms. Jennifer

Ms. Jennifer, co-founder of Oakton Academy, has been working with children for over 30 years and is well versed in offering proven techniques to help young children reach their fullest potential.

Grammar Coach

Ms. Lisa

Ms. Lisa is a veteran educator and librarian with over 20 years of experience in K–12 education, most recently retiring as Media Technology Specialist at Tyler High School. Throughout her career—as a teacher, principal, and instructional support specialist—she has championed literacy, supported teachers, and built programs that connect students and educators through books, technology, and collaborative learning.
